NOTES: It is designed as field-repair replacement item only. It doesn’t have crimp-on shells attached. Instead, it has Male Insert O-ring ends. It allows the technician to couple a Female O-ring fitting onto the end, which can be crimped onto the hose. It also allows use of any type of hose (Goodyear standard or reduced, E-Z Clip, etc.) and any configuration of fitting (straight, 45 degree and 90 degree).
